Don't worry about this please, minimum payout WILL be lowered. It's just keeping at $10 for the moment so that I don't get a bunch of payout requests for now. I'm busy getting together a better script and working on a new layout design so that DotCash looks different than other PTC sites. If I were to get a bunch of payout requests then it would take me longer to do this. Member that did have a payout request before this happened were not paid, this is only because those members were contacted beforehand to change their info so that I could pay them but they never did, all other members were paid.
After I get this new layout and script going then I will be contacting other PTC owners to do visit exchanges to give members more ads.
Don't worry about a new script or layout changes, it will go as smoothly as the first one did where all you had to do was refresh and the new updates were there. I have figured out a way so that the site never has to be down in order to do this. The only reason it went down this last time is because of deleting the wrong file on accident.
For those that don't read much and just get right to the point Payout of $10 is NOT staying, it is there to reduce payout requests while I make the site better and time will not be taken up to handle these.

これがDotCa$hとの出会いです。
数日後、サーバーダウンし、３月に入ると、今までのカウント数がゼロになり、管理者も変更されまし
た。
そのあとずっと、広告１個の状態が続き、
そのうちに、最低換金額が、＄１AP、＄１PPだったのが、
（AP=アラートペイ PP=ペイパル）
＄１AP,＄０．１PPになり、
なったところで、＄０．２をキャッシュアウトしました。
ですぐさま＄１ずつにもどり、
スクリプトかえるねって言われて、待ってた、という状況です。
で、少し、スクリプト変更が予定より長くなりましたが、移行が完了し、今日に至ります。
そこで、

ところですが、
かなりクレイジーです。

広告１個しかないのに、１０ドルペイアウトになってまして、ほへぇって感じ。

管理者（＝サイト運営者）も変わって、今は一日1個しか広告ありません。
そんなサイトにいまさらなんだよって？？

で、４−５営業日以内に、振り込んでくれます。
